The L3Harris Technologies career site is a recruitment and hiring tool available on the Web to employees of  L3Harris Technologies globally and to L3Harris Technologies job applicants. On a temporary basis, this site will also host the recruitment and hiring for former L3Harris subsidiary, Vertex Aerospace and related divisions (“Vertex”). All application data submitted through this career site will be available to both L3Harris Technologies and Vertex Aerospace until December 31, 2018.  As of June 30, 2018, however, Vertex is no longer a subsidiary, affiliate or partner of L3Harris Technologies.  All consideration of, and decisions made, regarding open positions at Vertex are solely made by Vertex, and all individuals selected for employment at Vertex will solely be employees of Vertex.

The career site maintains all applicant information electronically on a database operated in the United States.  Applicant information is normally retained for a two (2) year period following the staffing of the position for which an employee application has been made.  Information you have provided through the career site will be disclosed to, including without limitation, authorized L3Harris Technologies human resources and hiring personnel, as well as authorized human resources and hiring personnel of Vertex, regardless of whether you apply to a position at Vertex or L3.  However, the information will not be disclosed to any other third party except as required to verify education qualifications, work experience and references, security clearance and background checks.  References, security clearance and background checks required for processing an application will be described in the job specific posting on the career site, and will be conducted with your authorization.   L3Harris Technologies and/or Vertex Aerospace may be required to disclose applicant information without notice or consent under subpoenas, warrants, orders or by lawfully authorized requirement or demand under the authority of the laws of the United States or Canada.

Employment at L3Harris Technologies is on an at-will basis (excluding certain union bargaining unit positions and positions in Canada).  That means that employment with the Company may be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time by the employee or the Company.  No manager, supervisor, or employee of the Company has any authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make an agreement for employment on other than at-will basis.  Only the division President has the authority to make any such agreement, following an internal approval process, which is binding only if it is in writing and signed by the division President.

By submitting your employee application to L3Harris Technologies, and/or Vertex Aerospace you agree that the personal information you submit and any subsequent information obtained in relation to it including, but not confined to, any information obtained from the verifications, references and checks described above, or from interviews or tests, may be used by L3Harris Technologies and/or Vertex Aerospace  to process your employee application.

As L3Harris Technologies is a global company, your data will be transferred and available internationally, regardless of whether you have applied to a position with L3Harris Technologies or Vertex Aerospace.  You have a right to see and update your data, which you can do at any time via the career site.
